Rather than a blending of styles, this blade is a faithful Gyuto in the Japanese tradition.
The blade is forged from 80CRV2 and the natural forge texture remains at the spine, laid against hand-finished bevels that run to a very thin cutting edge.
The octagonal wa handle has scales that are polished desert ironwood with black micarta pins.
The blade comes with a leather blade sleeve.
