I don't make a lot of mosaic damascus steel, but I was in the mood one day, and this is what I ended up with. I don't know what to call the pattern, but I like it! The steel is O-1 and 15N20. The handle is some of the famous "church" wood I got out of that old hard maple tree in front of what used to be a Roman Catholic church here in Bristol, VA. The guard is satin finished stainless, and it all rides on one of my semi-pouch sheaths. |
